When it comes to Becky here and Desi (unlogic):

ideation: Should be fine here as long as it doesn't come up too frequently. (Expect both of the girls to try to stop him if he ever decides to actually act and they're in any position to do anything about it.)

nihilism: Pretty much the same deal; as long as it's not too frequent it should be okay.

hacker nonsense:
• Okay so if 9S has read any of Lia's texts then he probably actually already has at least some minor awareness that Becky is a person that exists. Becky's own texts and emails tend to be to her mom, and are mostly talk about recent happenings at the academy or what she's been up to.
• Desi doesn't normally do text messaging; on the occasions that she uses her phone, it's mostly voice calls.

spoilers: I still have yet to really go through the game myself, but I'm aware of some things due to having seen some parts of it before, and don't particularly mind getting spoiled since I'm not sure when I'll actually get around to it.

Suicide Ideation & Nihilism: All good for both.
I Can See Into The Computer: Should 9S access Garrett's phone, he'll find that the young and upstanding student has a remarkably squeaky-clean browsing history and almost nonexistent trail of outward communications. The only things in his search history that'll stand out are videos of well-known parkour tracers, and assorted media pertaining to unsolved crimes.
